At Jane Kønig we wish to offer the best possible service to all of our customer. Therefore, we have free shipping on all orders, to all countries.
We accept Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Visa, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and JCB. All transactions on this website are processed using Altapay or Epay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
When ordering at our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase has been completed. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a package number to track its progress online.
Jane Kønig insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You therefore, have the possibility to track your order until it is delivered.

At the time of delivery, please examine the package’s condition upon reception. Do you suspect that the package has been broken up, or otherwise damage, please refuse delivery.

Exchanges and Returns
When shopping at www.janekoenig.com you always have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in its original packing. Use the enclosed return form and send it to the following adress:

Shipping fees for exchanges is not covered by us, and should be paid by the customer. We always recommend that you send your parcel insured and with a tracking number.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We may withold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or evidence of that the goods are returned. We recommend that you send it with a tracking number and insurance. Besides this, the jewelry MUST be returned in its original packing (jewelry box box and textile bag) which was received when purchasing the jewelry.
When shopping at www.janekoenig.com you always have 24 months of warrant. This means that if you notice a defect or fault in your product within 2 years after receiving your jewelry, you are entitled to get a reparation of the defect or have it replaced with a new comparable product if it can not be repaired. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You shall file your complaint within “reasonable time” after having detached a fault in your product. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered , the complaint will be accepted.
Please note, that all returns will be funded by the costumer. We recommend that you send your return items in a way where you get a receipt of that we have received your return package. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
